Publication Guidelines for Journal Submissions

Please be aware that our editors will adjust the final format of the manuscripts to comply with the journal’s guidelines.
Font and Text Formatting
- Main Text: The body of the manuscript should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12.
- Title: The title of the manuscript should be in Times New Roman, font size 16, and should be bold.
- Abstract: The abstract should also be in Times New Roman, font size 12.
- Headings and Subheadings: Headings and subheadings should be in bold, with appropriate hierarchical formatting (e.g., primary headings in a larger font or bold, secondary headings may be in italics).
- Layout: The body of the text must have a 1-inch indent on both the left and right sides.
Abstract
- An abstract of no more than 250 words should be included.
- A Persian abstract may be included either as a standalone document or integrated with the original manuscript.
References
- The reference style should adhere to the Harvard referencing format.
- In-text citation: Author’s surname and year of publication in parentheses, e.g., (Smith, 2020).
- Reference List: Complete list of references at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order by the surname of the first author.
Submission Process
- Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the journal’s submission system (or Email).
- Ensure that all files are in Microsoft Word format.
- Include a cover letter with the corresponding author’s contact information.
Figures and Tables
- Figures and tables should be included within the text at appropriate points, not at the end of the manuscript.
- Each figure and table must have a caption and be numbered consecutively.
Length and Sections
- Manuscripts should not exceed 8000 words, excluding references, tables, and figures.
- Typical sections should include an introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references.
Language
- Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English.
- Authors for whom English is a second language are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally edited before submission.
- A Persian abstract may be included (optional) either as a standalone document or integrated with the original manuscript.
Ethical Considerations
- Authors must adhere to ethical standards in the treatment of their subjects and in the reporting of their results.
- Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
Review Process
- All submissions will undergo an open peer review process after formal review by the editors.
- Authors will receive feedback and may be asked to make revisions based on reviewers’ comments.
Copyright and Permissions
- By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to transfer copyright to the journal upon acceptance of their work.
- Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material.
